About me

GOALS

I aim to build on my current management skills and experience in working with other members of staff as well as managing effective production processes while at the same time continuing to create design and print work of consistently high quality. I am enthusiastic and passionate about everything I do, which reflects in my interactions with colleagues and the standard of the work I produce.

SKILLS / PROFILE

Management - I have solid leadership and team-building skills, allowing me to guide colleagues to achieve their goals and agreed objectives. I am a participating team leader who can give direction and support to my team members, as well as having a hands on approach during busy and stressful periods. Whilst working at Alain Charles, I aided the smooth transition from the company relying on outsourcing production work to achieving a 100% in-house workflow. I also helped improve the market position of the companys titles to becoming leaders in their specialist fields. This was achieved through a thorough good leadership, strict quality control and motivating staff to produce consistently, high standard work. My extensive knowledge and experience allows me to both manage staff and interact with clients in a professional manor.

Design and Print - I have over 15 years print and design experience, working within prepress and corporate environments. This has given me extensive knowledge of managing the entire process, including, planning, organisation and direction. I enjoy taking control with a hands on approach, from initial brief through to final product. This experience has given me the confidence and passion to produce quality media in various formats which includes, print design/consultation, web and exhibition display.
