About me

Having recently graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a 2:1 degree in Photography I am looking for related work in the photographic industry. I feel I have the necessary attributes and willingness to learn to succeed in the position that you have advertised.

- I have 3 years experience in studios from work on my course at Nottingham Trent. I also have practical experience of product photography as a freelance photographer, having worked with clients to produce images for websites in the bespoke furniture industry.

- I have worked heavily with high end D-SLRs, large and medium format film cameras as well as being proficient on Adobe Photoshop, Bridge and Lightroom.

- From this I have kept at the forefront of new innovations in the industry, such as new hardware, software and photographic and workflow techniques.

- My ability to be both a fast and motivated learner is evidenced in my final year of University where I oversaw the fundraising, marketing and promotion of the Degree Show Festival (involving raising a 15,000 budget). On top of this, I also managed the development of the Festival website, containing the work of almost 100 students, coordinating between design team, web designers and student body over a period of 3 months and adhering to strict deadlines. All of this involved steep learning curves in how the industry works and operates.
