There are a number of ways my experience could add value to your organisation. Before completing an MA in creative writing, I interned for the website politics.co.uk. My daily activity was journalistic in nature: I researched and wrote-up news stories and commentary. I conducted field interviews, covering a major news item at the time. The audio samples I secured featured prominently in the story and were described by my editor as 'gold'. By the end of the internship I was also contributing commentary pieces to the opinion section of the website, demonstrating an ability to adapt my writing to different constraints.
