As a leader and innovator, John draws on over 20 years of global experience to envision strategies, products, services, and businesses sparked by the next generation of technology.
He is best known for bringing the rigour and expertise needed to uncover and realize transformative opportunities and helping companies thrive by putting human-centred design thinking at the heart of their business. He also shares his expertise with the world through mentoring, workshops, and speaking engagements.
John currently leads a cross-functional global team focused on developing new thinking and transformative approaches to the future of work. Drawing on executive coaching, cutting-edge neuroscience, and interactive role-playing games his team have achieved groundbreaking results for organisations like Corteva, DuPont, Electrolux, MediaTek, NHS, Polestar, and UBS.
John also lectures at both London Business School and Chicago Booth School of Business, and he is a resident expert and mentor for Kingston University's Enterprise Education Program in London.
