I am an innovation leader bringing design thinking and innovation to healthcare. I lead and develop teams, and introduce customer-centered and human-centered approaches. I provide mentoring, training and full project work.
I deliver customer insights, design strategy, experience design and product development based on inductive research. I'm highly interested in developing patient-centric healthcare. I wish to meet the needs of the patients and the needs of the providers in an effective business system.
