I'm a marketing consultant, and my 'thing' is creating, managing and optimising sales funnels.

Basically, people go from never having heard of you through several stages before they buy, you'll want them to buy lots, and to turn them into raving advocates. At the same time, there are different types of customer and they would like to be dealt with differently.

Getting your messaging right through your website, PPC, SEO, content, re-targeting, email campaigns, content, social media and so on can really boost trust and yes, sales. We like that sort of thing.

What I'm not, is a graphic designer.
