About me

I recently graduated from Norton College in Sheffield where I studied a 2 year degree course in Graphic Design.

Last November I won a 6 month paid placement with Futurate - a Sheffield based design company where my duties included:

Brochure Layouts

Re-branding

White paper research and production

Web Design

My submission for this years prestigious (and now global) D & AD competition has been awarded runner-up and will be featured in the 30th Anniversary Design and Advertising book later this year.

In order to gain additional experience and fund the course I undertook some freelance design and video production. My clients included Sheffield City Council, Pennine Housing, Kier and Sheffield Homes. I was also asked to produce a brochure for North Lincolnshire Homes where order to win the contract I had only 2 days to produce their 16 page Corporate Plan and send to print. As a result of this I have just completed a second brochure for them.

My experience goes well beyond the two years at college and with my additional video skills I believe I have a lot to offer.
