Key Achievements

- Set up and ran the Coaching in the Community Scheme for Maidenhead United's Magpies in the Community generating £50,000 income in the first year

- Created and developed the Bedfordshire Bulls Sports Brand at the University of Bedfordshire. Generated sponsorship from local companies which in turn was used to hire more coaches and additional training times for the sports teams.

-. Co-created the Reading Knights sports brand at the University of Reading.

-. The first Sports Development Co-ordinator at Reading University Students' Union and was awarded Most Improved University in the British University and College Sports awards in my first year.

- Coached under 19s and under 21s international players whilst at Reading FC

- Raised the standard of School's Out from an OFSTED rated 'Inadequate' to 'Good' in 8 months.

- One of the first four coaches to work for Arsenal Football Club in their Gap Year Programme and to work for Arsenal Football Club in Italy as part of their international soccer school scheme.

* I became captain of the University of Bedfirdshire Men's Hockey team (Luton campus)

* I became the first person to have a sports talk show on Luton FM (University of Bedfordshire radio)

* I was awarded Sports Personality of the Year the first at the University of Bedfordshire (Luton Campus)

* I was selected to participate in the London 2012 Olympic Opening Ceremony (Industrial Relevation section)
