Dear Sir/Madam,

I am happy to see the opening for a Field Recordist in your audio post-production company and would like to present myself as a candidate for the position.

I have gained my degree on Music Technology at Leeds Metropolitan University where I obtained number of skill sets such as Audio Production, Studio Recording, Field Recording and Post-production.

I am friendly, organise and hardworking, and I take pride in my ability to remain well-mannered and level headed in all situations. University and my current retail work taught me important skills, from time management through work deadlines, to confident social skills through presentations. I also have previous work experience in a variety of roles allowing me to gain an understanding in the importance of attention detail, customer service, and getting all tasks done

I would be a valuable addition to any production or post-production team, I am attentive, responsible, thrive in group settings and above all, passionate about audio post-production and given an opportunity to speak further I have no doubt that this passion is apparent.
