About me

I am a 38 year old designer with over 15 years industry experience. I have been fortunate to have worked with large blue chip companies as well as small independent design studios. I am creative, skilled and very down to earth with a sense of humour and a keen eye for detail. I would describe myself as a designer that has a genuine enthusiasm for making information work for people.

I have expertise with various industries related to graphic design, such as Printers, point of sale, fashion embellishment, screen printers, sign writers and exhibition design companies. I am very adaptable and have worked on and feel confident in all areas of design such as;

Corporate Identity

Vehicle Livery

Typography

Re-branding

Magazine / Brochure design

Posters / flyers

Advertising campaigns

Design for Email marketing

Packaging design

Photography

Illustration

I am used to constantly adapting my skills to keep up with the latest industry standards; I try to do this by spending time researching and absorbing as much information as possible.

I possess a creative approach to problem solving which is complimented with an ability to stay calm under pressure. I have strong interpersonal and communication skills which in the past have enabled me to inspire colleagues and peers to achieve and maintain high standards of work. I am able to think on my feet and adapt to changing situations. I organise my time effectively, communicate confidently on all levels. I have a sound knowledge, understanding and interest in traditional and contemporary design. I am proficient in the use of Adobe Creative suite on both PC and MAC.

Yours Sincerely

John Cauchi
