About me

I am looking to further my career in the design industry. With my previous experience Yakka Apparel Solutions, I have direct knowledge in product design and development specifically in apparel and hard wear design. As the Product Development Project Manager I worked with various clients on projects to design and redesign products to better cater for their developing apparel and hard wear needs. Within this role I researched and worked closely with suppliers and manufacturers and maintained constant contact with my client portfolio in order to establish and maintain budget, stock and deployment levels and proactively introduce new products that are relevant to them.

I have strong organizational skills and I am competent at multitasking, being able to prioritise my work load to best achieve my responsibilities. I am a proactive worker and pride myself in my ability to adapt to any situation and immerse myself in any project.

I consider myself a great communicator and I enjoy working with others however I thrive in both a team and solitary environment.

I have recently completed a five year university Bachelor of Product Design degree. This degree encompassed designing products from start to finish, establishing target markets and working with manufacturers and clients to build and develop final products. I learnt a broad range of skills during my degree which I believe I can utilise for any job position.
