Dear Victoria,

I am writing with tremendous enthusiasm regarding the Junior Account Executive position at Creative Orchestra, as advertised on the Creative Pool website. I believe the skills and experiences I have acquired throughout my career so far lend themselves ideally to the requirements of the role, and together with my great passion for media communication and desire to succeed within this very tough industry, ensure I can confidently meet any challenges this job may present.

For as long as I can remember I have been drawn to the world of advertising and marketing, tailoring my studies throughout academia to allow me to explore this interest further. My time at university allowed me to develop a theoretical understanding of the industry, whilst I have used my spare time away from education to investigate different creative approaches to marketing. Indeed, I spent some time shadowing the marketing team at Liqui, a company whom I believe share similar values with Creative Orchestra, namely an innovative and witty approach to design.

Despite my enthusiasm for advertising, I am currently working for a small independent record label, allowing me to indulge my other great passion, music. Although it is a very enjoyable role, I relish the opportunity to work in a design led environment a creative agency could offer. The position has however allowed me to develop my project management abilities, often liaising between in-house departments and outside clients to ensure the successful delivery of any release.
