Perfect Cartel is a global event production agency, crafting brand experiences through design-led strategy and creative partnerships. Our clients span Beauty (Sephora, La Mer, Charlotte Tilbury), Fashion (Barbour, Nike, Revolve), Luxury (De Beers, Tiffany & Co) and Entertainment (Disney, Universal Music).

We are looking for a studio resourcing/traffic management on either a rolling freelance or part-time basis to manage our workflows and resourcing needs with our talent - freelance, temporary.

You will have worked in a creative studio before and have experience in project-based staffing requirements. Events or Experiential experience is a bonus.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assign employees to projects in accordance with their skillsets, experience, and availability.
  • Monitor workforce utilization and manage scheduling conflicts across multiple departments and project deadlines
  • Forecast the need for extra staff, contractors, or freelancers to meet upcoming business and project demands.
  • Interview potential candidates for suitability for roles
  • Tracking team members for pipeline opportunities.
