I’m an independent writer/director based in the North West, currently developing The Finkelberg Precedent, a new dark comedy play premiering in St Helens in Autumn/Winter 2026. I’m looking for a freelance producer to support the project through pre‑production, rehearsal planning and performance delivery.
The deliverables include coordinating schedules, liaising with venues and rehearsal spaces, supporting marketing activity, and overseeing production logistics during the rehearsal and performance period. This is a small‑scale fringe project, so I’m looking for an early‑career or emerging producer who is organised, proactive and based in the North West. The project is paid a fixed fee of £300-£600 depending on experience.
The project runs across 2026, with flexible weekly hours. Applications close on Wednesday 17 June 2026, and the producer will begin work shortly after.
