Line Producer/Producer for Corporate Project

I have a small production company in the United States, looking to find a freelance producer to generate estimate, set up the production and work with US director for a one day, sync sound corporate/software product shoot. Here are the full specs below. All director costs/fees/travel will be paid by client. Alt 2 camera approach. As well as alt office location estimate.

Project Overview:

In an effort to make our subject feel more comfortable, keep costs and overall footprint down, this will be a nimble approach with both crew and gear. We’ll feature a single Customer employee, someone who is a ‘power-user’ of our software products and can walk us through specific ways our products help them impact their business. The “Power-User” will participate in an audio-only interview, followed by an audio and video capture of them walking us through the product, hands-on. We’ll give the video a human-story feel, with a product-focus takeaway.

Estimated Production Dates:

Mid-June, dates not yet confirmed.

Content:

• Power-User audio-only interview:

No camera/lights. Intended to provide a less intimidating environment for folks who are not media-trained. (1hr)

• Power-User at their computer, talking us through examples (1-1.5 hour)

Audio + Video

Possibly 2 cameras for shot variety.

• Power-user additional B-roll (TBD)
• Customer Office broll (TBD)

Production Scope:

1 Scout day, 1 Shoot Day

Gear:

• Camera: Potentially two cameras needed for Power-User hands on walk through.
  • Preferably Sony FX6 or similar, smaller, less complex cameras. Alexa package not needed.
  • Steadicam / handheld for Power-User walkthrough (?)

Lighting: 

• Minimal - primarily for the ‘hands on keyboard’ product walk through.

Zoom Feed for Stakeholders:

We’ll need a Zoom feed for our off-site stakeholders to listen in on the audio-only interview.

• Need to mic up Director as well so our stakeholders can clearly hear each person.
• Please provide wifi hotspot to ensure no feed interruptions.

Location:

Customer office first choice. Customer based in Geneva, Switzerland.

• If that is not available to us, we’ll look into location rentals for spaces that can pass as a Customer office or the employees home office. Please provide an estimate for a one day location rental in the area.

Media Management:

Offload media on set. Proxy upload same day or next day (TBD).
