Campaign Duration: 2 Months (Part-time: 2-3 days per week)
Start Date: Immediate (Campaign starts June 3rd)
Overview: Clarity Sport is seeking a talented and dynamic Freelance Digital Campaign / Social Media Manager to join our team on a short-term basis. We are collaborating with a dynamic sports rights holder in partnership with a major high-street sports brand to launch a vibrant two-month experiential campaign focused on recreational sports. The ideal candidate will spearhead our efforts to enhance campaign awareness, drive audience participation, and boost social engagement with our target demographic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across multiple platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging, creative content that aligns with the campaign’s goals and voice of the brand.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance and social media metrics to optimise strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and external partners to coordinate campaign activities and promotions.
- Engage with the community online to foster participation and increase brand loyalty.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and communications efficiently to ensure project success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management, preferably in the sports or lifestyle sectors.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with an ability to produce compelling and engaging material.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and key performance indicators.
- Ability to work flexibly and efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
Desirable:
- A passion for sports and an understanding of the sports retail market.
- Experience with live events or experiential marketing campaigns.
