Zipflo is expanding into the **real estate sector** with an innovative **paint machine automation** project. The construction industry still relies heavily on manual painting operations--a process that is labor-intensive, time-consuming, and carries significant safety risks .

The Problem:** Skilled painters are aging out, with over 40% of the construction workforce projected to retire by 2031 .
