We are looking for a talent editor to join our Manchester team. This individual would be highly creative, with a strong interest in fashion and a well-developed technical background. You will work both independently and as a team, so must be a collaborative person as well as self-motivated and organised. We are a super fast paced environment so you must be comfortable working in that way.

REQUIREMENTS:

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Edit/colour videos for various platforms, ensuring they align with our brand style and guidelines - short-form, pre-roll, social vignettes, TVC etc.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and create visually stunning and engaging video content.
• Work closely with the videographers and other team members to ensure a seamless video editing process.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in video editing and implement them to enhance our content.
• Content ideation and development.
• Work directly with marketing/social teams to produce best in class branded video content.
• Provide production support across bigger video campaigns.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio that showcases your skills and creativity.
• Must be able to work to a brief and be confident enough to work from an outline of footage and/or shotlist
• Confident applying music, dialogues, SFX, graphics and effects
• Create rough and final cuts
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
• Strong desire to tell stories through video medium
• A keen interest in latest video trends and editing/shooting styles
• Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing
• Creative mind and storytelling skills
• Expert skills in Adobe Premiere. Proficient in other post-production software including After Effects and Davinci Resolve.
• Knowledge of various levels of camera systems
• Knowledge of lighting techniques
• Motion design experience is beneficial but not essential
