Support CX measurement activities (NPS, CSAT, Net Ease), helping translate insights into clear, actionable improvements that empower product teams and stakeholders to improve client outcomes.
Synthesize insights into compelling narratives that inform decisions and drive organisational success, while championing collaboration, best practice, and contributing to a high-performing, positive research culture.
