UX Designer

About the Job you are considering:
We are looking for a skilled UX Designer to craft intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that drive engagement and usability. You should be experienced in translating user insights into effective design solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and continuously improving experiences through testing and feedback.
Hybrid working:
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role:
- UX design process from discovery to delivery across multiple projects
Mentor and guide a team of UXUI designers fostering a culture of creativity collaboration and continuous improvement - Conduct and oversee user research usability testing and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Translate complex business requirements into user centric design solutions
- Create wireframes prototypes user flows and high-fidelity mock-ups
- Advocate for design best practices accessibility standards and user entered design principles
- Collaborate closely with product managers developers and other stakeholders to align on vision and execution
- Present and communicate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders at all levels
- Stay current with industry trends tools and technologies to continuously elevate the UX practice
Your Skills:
- Strong portfolio showcasing user centered design solutions across web and mobile platforms
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD or similar
- Deep understanding of UX research methods interaction design and information architecture
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in agile environments and cross functional teams
- Knowledge of HTMLCSS and frontend development is a plus
