Are you a master of studio orchestration, a cost-conscious negotiator, and a collaborative relationship builder? Look no further! We’re seeking a Studio Manager who thrives on the pulse creative photography.
What You’ll Do:
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
- Collaborative Relationships: Act as a key liaison between the wider business and the studio, fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
- Efficient Studio Operations: Manage day-to-day administration and operations of photo studios, ensuring efficiency for e-commerce and creative photography.
- Cost Management: Monitor studio costs, negotiate competitive rates, and maintain efficient operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive quality enhancements, process optimization, and capability improvements within the studio.
- Workflow Coordination: Work closely with the Samples and Production Teams to manage studio workflow and capacity effectively.
- Creative Support: Assist with in-house creative shoots and maintain high standards across fashion and lifestyle photography.
- Based within the studio you will work collaboratively with the wider studio team to continuously improve the standard of imagery delivered and garner a creative working environment
What You’ll Bring:

- 4+ years’ experience in a similar studio-based role
- Solid understanding of e-commerce studio operations and creative shoot production
- Experience in team management
- Highly skilled in budget management and negotiation
- Proficient in IT (Microsoft Office suite and Photoshop) with excellent creative and photography abilities
