As the Social Media Manager for FLANNELS, you will be responsible for the smooth, timely, consistent, and on-point messaging for our social channels, ensuring all content priorities are fully supported and amplified, as well as owning social-first activations and extensions across FLANNELS with a focus on creative concepts and forward planning, activating the social strategy.

  • Manage the social media channels for FLANNELS fashion, executing the strategy and planning, briefing in and scheduling content in line with strategic pillars.
  • Maintain daily activity across all social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Plan rollouts and implement strategy for hero and social content, aligning creator content and content capture across campaigns and events.
  • Monitor community engagement and engage with customers, UGC and influencer content across all platforms. Work with customer service to provide a premium CS experience.
  • Creating social first content by capturing BTS, Instagram reels and styling videos on campaign and internal shoots.
  • Work with the Creative and Marketing teams to develop new social initiatives to drive KPI’s i.e partnerships, competitions, giveaways, influencer content.
  • Write and edit copy across social, ensuring brand’s tone of voice is maintained
  • Assist in running upper and mid funnel paid social activity.
  • Collaborate with social team to build social trend reports, focusing on industry and social trends, tech updates, key competitors, and visual references for social content.
  • Responsible collating weekly, monthly and campaign social reports
  • Support Marketing with campaign and relationship management including with key brands.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education or background in social media, marketing, branding or e-commerce.
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience working in a similar role, with experience working in the fashion sector (luxury industry experience as a nice to have, but not essential).
  • Passion for social media, and strong understanding of analytics, reporting and best practices.
  • Experience working with paid social or paid social teams.
  • Strong organisational skills, time management, the ability to prioritise, be flexible and multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills and use of written English and attention to detail.
  • Basic experience in Photoshop/Adobe Suite is a nice to have, as well as basic content editing skills – from cropping imagery to creating short-form social-first video content.
