Full-service advertising agency with an international reach. This Studio is incredibly well established and has built a first-class reputation for creating seamless integrated campaigns for their clients in the arts and entertainment sector. With a strong focus on storytelling and audience engagement, this is a highly creative environment comprising of some of the industry’s most talented Creatives, Designers, Publishers, Photographers and Content Creators. They are centrally based in a great location with a hybrid working set up, 3 days together in the studio with the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week.

The Opportunity:

As a senior member of the team, this person will need to be full of ideas, energy, and creativity to successfully direct 360 campaigns from initial, strategic and conceptual stages through to rollout and delivery. You will from part of the senior team and be a visible leader both internally and externally. Due to the highly conceptual nature of this role, we’re ideally looking for someone who is either a Copywriter with a strong visual sensibility or an Art Director with a deep understanding of strategy, TOV and messaging.

You will have the opportunity to lead the creative copy development and strategic thinking for all campaigns and content creation across multiple channels including social. A key part of your role will be to build an understanding of the brand’s identity so that all creative work is delivered against the clients’ commercial and artistic requirements. You’ll have full exposure to some great clients and will work with them collaboratively as a trusted advisor and partner, ensuring that they are fully aligned with and excited by the creative output. We’d also love you to have a good amount of team management experience to inspire and encourage exceptional creative thinking and bring the best out in individual team members through support and encouragement.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Is highly conceptual, with significant experience as a Senior Copywriter or Art Director.
  • Enjoys the full creative process from start to finish including ideation, presentation, development, and execution.
  • Is comfortable in a client facing role and confident presenting strategic and creative ideas in an inspiring way.
  • Has a multi-disciplinary and innovative mind set and an adaptable approach to projects.

Will need some previous experience creating campaigns for clients in the entertainment, live events, or arts sector.
