Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and own execution of the affiliate channel plan, aligned to wider performance and trading objectives.
• Manage day-to-day affiliate partner relationships, ensuring strong collaboration and consistent performance.
• Accountable for the management & efficiencies of spend in the Affiliate channels.
• Execute affiliate campaigns, including partner placements, promotional activity, and optimisation of live activity.
• Monitor performance against key metrics, identifying opportunities to improve traffic quality, conversion, and ROI.
• Work closely with internal teams to align affiliate activity with trade plans, promotional calendars, and key moments.
• Identifying and onboarding new affiliate partners and opportunities to drive incremental growth.
• Lead the testing and implementation of new innovations, tools, and partnership models within the affiliate channel.
• Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and attribution of affiliate activity.
• Provide regular performance updates and insights, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to support continuous improvement.
About You:
• 3+ years’ experience within affiliate marketing or a related performance channel
• Experience working with affiliate networks (Ideally Partnerize or similar)
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
• Good understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing channels
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop within the role
