Polvich is a luxury fashion house shaped by mythological symbolism, architectural aesthetics, and modern minimalist expression. As the brand expands across international markets, we are seeking ambitious and growth-oriented individuals to join Polvich as Regional Sales Directors.

This role is focused on developing sales opportunities, building strong market relationships, and supporting the expansion of Polvich within assigned regions. The position is ideal for individuals who understand premium brand positioning, relationship-driven sales, and luxury-focused customer engagement.

As a Regional Sales Director, you will play an important role in introducing Polvich to potential customers, retailers, boutiques, and strategic market opportunities while representing the identity and philosophy of the brand with professionalism and confidence.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities within your region 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, boutiques, retailers, and strategic buyers
  • Represent the Polvich brand with professionalism, confidence, and strong communication
  • Support regional sales growth and market expansion initiatives
  • Coordinate with the team regarding customer engagement, lead generation, and business opportunities
  • Contribute to strengthening Polvich’s presence within luxury and fashion-focused markets

Requirements:

  • Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building abilities
  • Interest in luxury fashion, branding, and premium customer experience
  • Self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to identify opportunities and build long-term professional relationships
  • Previous experience in sales, fashion, retail, luxury markets, influencer networks, or related industries is an advantage, but not mandatory

Compensation:
