The Amazon MGM Studios UK International Originals Production & Post team seeks a dedicated, self-driven Production Coordinator with strong communication skills to support the team and Head of Production & Post. This is a corporate-based role with a primary focus on administration and operational coordination rather than on-set production. You will be the operational backbone of our productions, managing the flow of information, tracking deliverables, and ensuring each project runs smoothly from initial setup through production to final wrap across our unscripted and movies slate.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is passionate about bringing world-class content to life for Prime Video audiences around the globe.

High attention to detail, great judgement, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests across regional teams is critical. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information is essential, as well as professionalism when interacting with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
This position will report to the Head of Production & Post Production, International Originals UK & EUX, and support a team of Production Executives and Production Managers.
Key job responsibilities:
• Support unscripted and movies projects across all stages from development through production, post-production, delivery and launch.
• Compile, distribute, and store production/post-production documents (e.g., contracts, call sheets, calendars, reports and schedules) on the studio network
• Manage daily trackers, department templates, and production guidelines, ensuring they are maintained per studio requirements
• Support the Production team with budget analysis and cost reporting
• Track and process approvals with Business Affairs, Legal, and Finance
• Maintain a checklist for each show to ensure major milestones are met (e.g., budget lock, budget approval, kick-off calls, deliverables, international filming activity)
• Coordinate with internal departments and production companies regarding deliverables, payments, insurance, administrative support, production safety and security, sustainability, and tax matters
• Facilitate communication between internal teams including creative, marketing, press, business affairs, legal, finance, post-production, casting, and physical production
• Coordinate production kick-off calls for each individual project
• Thoughtfully manage complex calendars and scheduling for teams in multiple locations and time zones
• Set up internal and external meetings including conference rooms, AV needs, and document distribution
• Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on action items in a timely manner
• Maintain relationships with vendors and show-level counterparts
• Work with the Amazon Studios Coordinator network to maintain alignment across territories and departments
• Organise, execute, and assist with team activities (team meeting agendas, off-sites, and other team events)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across EMEA and the US, which may occasionally require flexibility to support US time zone meetings
• Assist and facilitate general requests and communication to ensure shows are following studio guidelines and procedures
