About the role:

The purpose of the Media Executive is to deliver the best-in-class digital solutions for our customers. You will be part of the team that looks after EMEA for the company, which includes a variety of markets across Europe.

You will be supporting the Digital Advertising Manager and Digital Advertising Strategist in short term and long-term plans to deliver the most effective result in sales, traffic, and other key performance indicators. As we are truly a global company you will be responsible for seamless communication with local teams in these markets.

The Team:

Our Digital Advertising team is based in London in our office in Pancras Square but we support Hybrid Working.

We are a large, multinational team, supporting the local markets across EMEA, delivering best in class digital solutions – we speak over 10 languages and operate across 32 countries! This is a multi-channel role where our campaigns and strategies include PPC, Display and Paid Social. We work with many search engines, from Google and Bing to Yahoo Japan, Baidu, Yandex, Naver and Seznam.

What you will be doing:

  • Working closely with the line Manager to ensure all Digital Advertising activity falls in line with the overall strategy
  • Implementing, optimising and managing Paid channels campaigns across multiple markets.
  • Ensuring all campaigns are up and optimised according to best practice guidelines
  • Working with the content team to ensure keywords, landing pages and ad copies are effectively optimised to ensure maximum ROI and conversion is possible
  • Managing and optimising bids strategy across multiple markets using third party tools
  • Managing campaigns budgets accordingly
  • Implementing A/B and multivariate testing to continuously improve ROI and account performance
  • Analysing and reporting performance of all Digital advertising campaigns
  • Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and sharing knowledge with the team.
  • Training and helping to define Digital Advertising activity and strategies for a host of stakeholders in the business
  • Leading presentation of results, marketplace updates and competitive reports and insights

What we are looking for from you:

  • A good level of understanding of Paid Media channels obtained either through previous work experience or your studies
  • Experience in managing and optimising small/medium campaign budget is a strong plus
  • Knowledge of different Google campaign types, having complete at least basic Google certification programme
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • An analytical and/or creative thinker with a curious thirst for knowledge
  • Desire to learn and collaborate with other digital functions outside of Paid Media
  • Fluent French, Italian or German language skills (a big plus but not mandatory)
