The Role:

We’re looking for a Junior Producer with a passion for design, motion and animation.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a relevant industry and have a foundational understanding of the production processes that underpin high-level motion and animation projects.

They’ll be a self-starter, problem-solver and team-player.

A great communicator, they’ll be at ease in internal creative catch ups and willing to jump in with client conversations. They’ll be motivated to help foster a positive, creative environment in every situation.

Art&Graft is a creative studio partnering with progressive, world-renowned brands such as Apple, Google, Meta, Amazon & Virgin Media.

We believe in the power of co-creation and work closely with brands and in-house creative teams all around the globe from our London studio.

Through our weekly Spark Sessions and creative Masterclasses we create space for every member of our team to develop new skills, try new things and work on studio projects around commercial ones.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with clients in day-to-day strategy, project planning, proactive opportunity identification, problem solving, and decision-making.
  • Developing and managing budgets alongside Head of Production which includes - estimates, SOW, proposals, work plans, schedules, project status updates. Create recap notes, presentations and other documentation as necessary.
  • Coordinating and leading ongoing client and internal meetings.
  • Manage projects and lead the full project cycle of conception through design, execution and delivery.
  • Evaluating internal client presentations to ensure all work is anchored in client goals.
  • Generating “lessons learned” and cost reports upon completion of projects to learn and optimise future workflow.
  • Consistently developing and researching new production tools.
  • Checking availability of key freelancers & maintaining associated database as well as actively seeking out new talent to add to it.
  • Managing freelancer contracts and NDA’s on your projects.
  • Managing Sparks Sessions and internal projects and liaising with marketing on those  releases.
