About the Role:
We're recruiting on behalf of an established and growing business in Bolton that is looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join its Marketing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who enjoys working across both digital and print media, helping to create engaging visual campaigns, support product launches, develop brand assets and produce high-quality marketing materials. Working closely with the wider marketing team, you'll play an important role in shaping the company's visual identity across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop creative assets for digital and print marketing campaigns
- Produce artwork for brochures, catalogues, packaging, signage, POS materials and promotional collateral
- Create digital content for websites, email campaigns, social media and e-commerce platforms
- Support new product launches and seasonal campaign activity
- Develop and maintain brand-consistent artwork across all marketing channels
- Contribute ideas and concepts for creative campaigns and marketing initiatives
- Apply UX/UI best practices to web and digital projects
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver engaging visual content
- Ensure all artwork is accurate, compliant and produced to a high standard
- Stay up to date with design trends, competitor activity and industry best practice
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
- A degree or qualification in Graphic Design or a related discipline
- Previous experience within a Graphic Design, Creative Design or Marketing Design role
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
- Proven experience working across both digital and print media
- Demonstrable experience producing brochures, catalogues, marketing literature and other printed collateral
- Experience creating digital assets for websites, social media, email marketing and online campaigns
WordPress experience
- A strong understanding of branding, typography, layout and visual hierarchy
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and digital design best practices
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively to deadlines
- A portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality digital and print design work
The following experience would be highly advantageous:
- Motion graphics or video editing skills
- Experience creating brand guidelines and reusable templates
- Commercial product marketing or retail-focused design experience
