Graphic Design

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and projects. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, branding, and creative teams to develop compelling design solutions that effectively communicate our message and captivate our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions for a variety of projects including branding, marketing materials, digital assets, presentations, and more.
• Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continually elevate our design capabilities.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance projects and campaigns.
• Conduct thorough research and gather insights to inform design decisions and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design software.
• Demonstrated ability to translate creative concepts into visually compelling designs.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience leading design projects and mentoring junior team members is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is desirable but not required.
