Freelance Event Photographers (2 Roles) – The Annual 2026 Awards

Location: Sinfonia Smith Square, London

Time: 6:00pm – Midnight

We're looking for two experienced freelance event photographers to capture The Annual 2026, Creativepool's flagship awards celebrating the world's best creative work.

The evening brings together leading creatives, agencies, brands and production companies from across the industry, and we're looking for photographers who are confident working in a fast-paced live event environment.

Role 1 – Winners Photographer

You'll be responsible for photographing all award winners in front of our branded step-and-repeat backdrop throughout the evening. The ideal candidate will be organised, personable and able to work quickly while ensuring every winner receives a polished, high-quality photograph.

Role 2 – Event Photographer

You'll capture the atmosphere of the evening, including arrivals, networking, audience reactions, speeches, entertainment and candid moments throughout the event. We're looking for someone with a great eye for storytelling who can document the energy of the night.

We're looking for photographers who have:

• Proven experience photographing live events. (essential)
• Awards ceremony experience (highly desirable).
• Professional camera equipment suitable for low-light event photography.
• The ability to work independently and without instruction.
• Excellent people skills and attention to detail.
• We would like to create a sizzle real (1 min of video) for the promotion of the event next year. Please indicate if you can do this as well. 

Deliverables

We're aiming to publish winner announcements the following morning, so a fast turnaround is essential.

Ideally you'll be able to:

• Deliver a selection of edited highlight images by the morning of Friday 11th September.
• Supply the full edited gallery shortly afterwards.
