Digital Marketing Executive

WHAT’S THE ROLE:
Our Digital Marketing team is expanding, and we’re hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to help bring a packed schedule of game launches to market. This is a hands-on position focused on setting up, managing and improving paid media activity across a range of digital platforms. Working closely with a data-led, high-performing team, you’ll have the opportunity to test new ideas, refine campaigns and contribute directly to measurable launch outcomes.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Build and run paid campaigns across channels such as Meta, TikTok, Reddit, X and Google Ads.
- Keep a close daily view of live campaign performance, making optimisation decisions based on agreed KPIs and media plan targets.
- Share practical recommendations and performance observations with the Senior Performance Marketing Manager.
- Put creative and audience test plans into action, then summarise the outcomes and key learnings.
- Research audience opportunities by platform, helping identify where and how to reach the priority groups defined in launch plans.
- Manage retargeting audiences across advertising platforms, partnering with the compliance team to keep all data use aligned with GDPR requirements.
- Create clear, effective ad copy tailored to the tone and personality of each brand.
- Gather monthly performance and finance information, raise purchase orders and coordinate with Finance to meet submission deadlines.
- Help brief creative requirements into Creative Services, checking assets meet specifications and supporting delivery to advertising partners when needed.
- Review competitor launch activity to surface useful examples, category trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Track relevant platform updates that could influence campaign setup, billing processes or creative requirements.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Hands-on experience supporting or managing paid media campaigns from setup through optimisation.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and key paid social platforms.
- Excellent copywriting skills, with the flexibility to adapt messaging for different brands and audiences.
- A clear enthusiasm for digital advertising and performance marketing.
- A curious, numbers-led approach to problem solving.
- Comfort using analytics tools and working with sizeable data sets in Excel.
