Creative Designer
Job
We are seeking a visionary and "trend-aware" Creative Designer to lead the visual identity of Café Desire across our marketing and lead-generation channels. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who doesn't just execute instructions but brings fresh, high-impact ideas to the table. You will be responsible for transforming marketing concepts into stunning visual assets that drive engagement and sales. Whether it’s a social media poster, a lead-gen ad, or a brand catalog, your designs must resonate with the premium quality of our beverages.
What is Expected From You (Key Responsibilities):
1. Lead Generation Visuals: Design high-converting posters, ad creatives, and landing page assets specifically tailored to capture leads across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
2. Creative Conceptualization: Take a simple brief or theme and turn it into a multi-dimensional design campaign that aligns with current global design trends.
3. Cross-Platform Design: Create versatile assets for various touchpoints--including digital banners, brochures, indoor/outdoor signage, and exhibition stall layouts.
4. AI-Empowered Workflow: Leverage modern AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, etc.) to enhance productivity and visual depth, while maintaining a human-centric, original creative touch.
5. Multi-Tool Mastery: Seamlessly navigate between diverse design environments, from quick-turnaround Canva projects to high-precision CorelDRAW or Adobe Creative Suite outputs.
6. Spatial & Product Design Support: Utilize AutoCAD or similar tools to assist in creating 2D/3D layouts for vending machine placements or event booth designs.
7. Brand Custodian: Ensure that every piece of creative work adheres to the Café Desire brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in color, typography, and "premium" feel.
8. Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve by researching global design trends, ensuring our brand always looks modern, fresh, and relevant.
9. Problem Solving through Design: Identify visual communication gaps and propose creative solutions to make complex product information easy for the customer to digest.
10. Feedback Integration: Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to iterate on designs based on performance data and lead-quality feedback.
Ideal Candidate (Requirements):
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
2. Experience: 3-4 years of proven experience in a creative role (Agency experience is a huge plus).
3. Portfolio & Case Studies (Mandatory): Must be able to present a professional portfolio during the interview, showcasing real-world projects and the "problem-solving" logic behind them.
4. Tool Proficiency: * Expert: Canva, CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
5. Functional Knowledge: AutoCAD (for stall layouts/3D visualization).
6. AI Knowledge: Deep understanding of AI design tools to speed up workflows and create complex imagery, without being dependent on them for original thought.
7. Trend Sensitivity: A "student of the game" who follows global design movements and understands what makes a design "click" in 2024-2026.
8. Creative Mindset: Ability to think outside the box and provide 3-4 different creative directions for a single marketing objective.
9. Speed & Precision: Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines, especially for fast-moving digital marketing campaigns.
