The Communications & Engagement Manager works within the Communications & Engagement arm of the People Team and is a key stakeholder in winning the hearts and minds of Future employees. As the centre of gravity for our Company’s communications and engagement efforts, the Communications & Engagement Manager is integral to improving the employee experience across our global organisation.  

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve…

• A natural people person, you will be passionate about making the employee experience at Future world class.
• You will have demonstrable experience in supporting and driving engagement initiatives and events.
• You will be able to think strategically and identify ways to improve communication and engagement.
• You will be a strong and clear communicator with a proven history of managing a diverse range of stakeholders; presenting and influencing credibly and effectively and able to adapt personal style to different people or situations, tailoring information and language to the audience.
• You will have a deep understanding of communications best practices per social media channel.
• You will be comfortable with data, and telling a story with data.
