We are recruiting for a Client Services Director to join our client a Presentation Design Agency based in Maidenhead.  The ideal candidate will lead and manage all client services at the agency, being the primary client facing voice of the agency to inspire clients and colleagues alike, champion and sell their unique proposition to new and existing clients, directing all account management services and business development activities.

The Client Services Director will involve strategic client management and hands on management of day-to-day client work requiring proven project management in harmony with business development skills and the tenacity and stamina needed to manage and drive account growth across the agency, collaborating with the agency owners on strategy, target markets, products, people, process, and technologies.

You’ll be accountable for the performance of the client services team and everything that involves, from shaping the organisational design, to attracting and developing the right talent and rolling your sleeves up to lead by example.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2:1 degree level education.
  • Clear track record of commercial success in a similar role.
  • Entrepreneurial and commercially astute ability to positively influence agency P&L.
  • Brand, creative, marketing, digital, or PR agency background.
  • Driven to thrive on the daily challenges of leading and managing a small team in a fast-paced specialist environment.
  • Experience in a management role - with budget and target responsibility in conjunction with people leadership skills to keep colleagues motivated, engaged and delivering.
  • Track record of successful sales and delivery of specialist agency consultancy and design services, with the confidence and expertise to speak fluently and pitch confidently to C-Suite level execs at global brands on the agency’s unique skills and value add.
  • Proven ability to drive and manage organisational change with the necessary commercial focus and acumen to drive new business and pitch wins, client development and healthy margins.
