POSITION FOR RESIDENTS IN MADRID, SPAIN.

About the company VOOMVERSE, SL: Celebrity Economy Infrastructure (CEI)

VOOM is the leading Celebrity Economy Infrastructure: an ecosystem designed to enable elite talent (artists, athletes, and brilliant minds) to transform their prestige into a permanent financial and cultural asset architecture. Our technology allows influence to become a scalable subscription economy where true access to celebrity is managed through merit and loyalty, eliminating reliance on external algorithms and returning ownership of data and value to talent and their community.

To achieve this, VOOM operates at the intersection of narrative acuity, aesthetic sophistication, and the strategic vision of an IP producer.

Role and mission:

The Creative Director/Editor-in-Chief is the Narrative Architect of the ecosystem. Their role is to lead the creative and transformative process that captures the deepest essence of talent and transforms it into a cohesive ecosystem of premium editorial content, cutting-edge audiovisual pieces, and iconic artwork.

Their mission is to ensure that every personal disclosure translates into intellectual property (IP) assets that not only inform, but also generate desire, belonging, and long-term economic value within the Hub.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Story Engineering (IP Extraction): Lead in-depth interviews to distill vital talent insights and transform them into the "raw material" for the editorial.
  • Transmedia Creative Direction: Oversee the transformation of The Secret into multiple formats, from writing Short Drama scripts to curating editorial articles for the Hub.
  • Art & AI Governance: Lead AI artists to ensure Masterpieces and Visual Moments maintain a cinematic standard, avoiding generic elements and prioritizing narrative depth as a unique aesthetic.
  • Editorial Quality Assurance (MOP): Act as the final filter for excellence. Nothing leaves the incubator unless it meets the triad: Aspirational, Intimate, and Curatorial.
  • Narrative Conversion Strategy: Ensure the story organically guides the user through the subscription funnel (Primal → Human → Superhuman), converting curiosity into loyalty.

Creative Skills and Abilities (Narrative and Aesthetics):

  • True Curation: Ability to identify which human stories have the potential to become cultural icons.
  • High-Level Visual Judgment: Sensitivity to direct image and video with a premium brand language.
  • Prestige Copywriting: Ability to write and edit with a voice that combines authority and confession.

Techniques (Production and Formats):

AI Creative Direction: Mastery of visual generation tools (Midjourney, Runway, etc.) as levers for editorial scaling.
Digital Product Architecture: Understanding how a story is fragmented into a newsletter (Beehiiv) and e-commerce products (Shopify).

Strategic (IP Leadership):

Business Vision: Understanding that every word and every image is a financial asset (IP) for talent.
Elite Talent Management: Ability to interact with top-level figures, managing their legacy with rigor and respect.

Background ideal:

  • Experience: 10+ years leading editorial or creative projects at luxury publications, premium content agencies, or strategic branding studios.
  • Industries: Premium media, high-end fashion, film/documentary, or world-class branded entertainment agencies.
  • Track record: A portfolio demonstrating the ability to transform abstract concepts into visual and narrative pieces that feel expensive and exclusive.

Benchmark insights:

The profiles we are looking for operate under two patterns:

From "Storytelling" to "Storydoing": They don't just tell a story, they create a system for the user to experience it (experiences, objects, rituals).
Obsession with Texture: They understand that in luxury, detail (typography, image grain, the rhythm of the composition) is what validates the brand's authority.

Perfil VOOM:

We're looking for a Visual Intellectual. Someone who understands that at VOOM we're building the 21st-century "archive of wisdom." This role combines the brain of an editor-in-chief with the heart of a filmmaker, using technology to amplify the human side of talent.

CEO'S NOTE: For me, the Editor-in-Chief position at VOOM is, quite literally, the dream job. If we had to define it by throwing three profiles into a cocktail shaker, I'd say it's the perfect blend of Anna Wintour's editorial rigor and untouchable prestige, Tom Ford's sophistication and impeccable taste, and Jerry Bruckheimer's phenomenal ability to scale productions to commercial success. We're not looking for a traditional copywriter or a simple art director; we're looking for a storyteller. Someone capable of sitting down with elite talent, extracting their innermost essence, and orchestrating an entire intellectual property ecosystem that feels exclusive and ultra-luxurious, yet is designed to engage millions of subscribers.

Our "Skin-in-the-game" model offers a 1% Revenue Share (with an initial cap of $180K, rising to over $300K annually), but requires an initial 3-4 month trial period without payroll to learn the ecosystem and integrate with the C-Level. Do you accept?
