Artisan & Workshop Instructor

We are currently looking to hire and sponsor a highly disciplined, younger Resident Artisan & Workshop Instructor from India to relocate to Dubai full-time.
The exact profile we are looking for must be highly comfortable working across multiple mediums, including Sterling Silver, Bronze, Brass, and Copper. Their technical background cover:Core Jewelry Production (The Studio Backbone): Leading daily, entry-level consumer workshops teaching students how to hand-fabricate, solder, file, and finish solid silver rings, pendants, and chains from scratch .Traditional & Heritage Metal Arts: Deep familiarity or specialized training in traditional metal techniques, specifically Meenakari (enameling), Bidri art styles (inlay work), or specialized mixed-media metal art.Contemporary Functional Objects: Assisting in prototyping and teaching our advanced product lines, including hand-textured silver phone cases, structural statement belts, and sculptural desktop trinkets.
We need someone with an exceptional work ethic, real hands-on bench experience, and good conversational English who would be excited about an international career move.
