I'm looking for a creative video editor to help build a new YouTube channel focused on painting, clay crafts, DIY art, and the creative process.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys artistic content and can help transform raw footage into engaging YouTube videos and Shorts.

- Behind-the-scenes creative process

The overall style should feel:
- Calm and visually pleasing
- Creative and artistic
- Modern and clean
- Story-driven rather than overly flashy
What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Editing long-form YouTube videos (10-15 minutes)
- Creating YouTube Shorts from long-form content
- Selecting music and sound effects
- Basic color correction
- Adding captions where appropriate
- Creating engaging intros and hooks
- Maintaining a consistent editing style across the channel
- (Bonus) Thumbnail design
What I'm Looking For:
- Experience editing YouTube content
- Strong storytelling and pacing skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good understanding of audience retention
- Creative judgment regarding music, cuts, and visual flow
- Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines
