With over 15 years of experience in procurement marketing and digital, I am a passionate and strategic leader who drives procurement transformation and innovation at The AA, the UK's leading motoring association. As the Head of Procurement Marketing and Digital, I lead a team of category managers who deliver value, savings, and efficiency across all marketing and digital spend, including media, creative, digital, CRM, and customer experience. I also lead the procurement outsourcing strategy, partnering with external agencies and suppliers to optimize the quality and performance of marketing and digital services. I have a Master of Business Administration from Henley Business School, where I focused on leadership development and strategic management, and a Professional Diploma from CIPS, the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply, where I learned the best practices and standards of procurement and supply chain management. I have a strong background in product ownership, having previously managed the retail and online consumer gift card portfolio at John Lewis Partnership, one of the UK's largest retailers, where I delivered multiple product enhancements, innovations, and campaigns that increased sales and customer satisfaction. I have excellent skills in cost savings, problem solving, procurement outsourcing, and stakeholder management, and I am always eager to learn new technologies, tools, and methods to improve my work.
