About me

Hello,

My name is Joana Morgado and I'm a Graphic Designer based in Lisbon. I got my Degree in Product Design at the Faculty of Fine-Arts of Lisbon University, followed by a Masters in Visual and Culture Design, at IADE - Creative University.

I've completed a Graphic Design Internship in Macau. It was such an amazing experience being surrounded by a completely different culture and always taking inspiration from everywhere i could. Afterwards Iembarked in a Project called Sisab, which is an event solely of portuguese products for exportation. It was a very challenging job, since i had to coordinate the Design Department of this enourmos event, which gave me a lot of experience as a designer.

I've got an enormous passion for simplicity and research of new aesthetic concepts, that I have been deepening in several projects, from branding, advertisement, publishing, web design, animation and motion graphics. I'm always ready to embrace challenging and memorable works, with a logic of professional ethics and rigor, balancing creativity with functionality, and prospecting design as a story.
