About me
My publication history began in 2008, with a freelance career that saw me employed by a number of lifestyle magazines and websites in Sri Lanka. My move to London gave me the opportunity to fine-tune my aptitude for online content, through a variety of internships, start-ups and short-term contract work, and also build an adaptability into my style.
I learned that clear and concise communication was essential when working in the fields of Advertising and Public Relations, along with a positive, enthusiastic and confident attitude when approaching any project.
I come equipped with a double major in Literature and Film, Television and Media Studies as part of my Bachelor of Arts from the University of Auckland, as well as a Masters with Merit in Creative and Professional Writing from Brunel University, West London.
