I have read your advertisement for the position of Junior Designer through YNC with great interest. I am keen to put myself forward for this exciting opportunity and believe that my experience, technical abilities and personality are a good match for the position.

As a highly creative and ambitious designer I would welcome the chance to apply the skills and knowledge I have gained to your vacancy and I feel my abilities would prove to be an asset to your organisation. Although I have passion for print I have experience creating material that covers both digital and print based media, now I am looking to extend my skills and knowledge in a position I can prove my commitment to creating stunning design.

I am proficient in but not limited to Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Flash, Premiere, Dreamweaver, Lightroom and Aperture. My current desire is to build on my knowledge and experience in a role where I can demonstrate my commitment to producing well finished and creatively fuelled graphic design. As well as being a skilled designer I also have strong photographic skills that would be available for use should I be successful with my application.
