Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing to apply for the position which you have advertised. I would be very interested in the position and have enclosed my CV. I would like to point out that what I lack in previous experience in this career field, I would make up for with my strong attitude towards hard work, a passion for design and a belief in aiming high. I am a really fast learner and feel that I would be suitable for this position and would see it as an amazing opportunity.

I have just finished university for the year and am looking for a full time employment. For as long as I can remember I always knew it was within the creative industry that I wanted to work and never even considered any other career. I always believed I would go to university, get a degree and this would lead me to my dream job. However, although I enjoyed the course I was doing (graphic design) I have come to the decision that I would rather be working within the creative industry and that education is no longer the path I want to continue.

I would like to point out that I am very familiar with the following programmes,

Photoshop

InDesign

Illustrator

Dreamweaver

I am available for interview most times.

If I am successful in my application I could commence immediately and would be willing to work any hours required.
