I am an employer brand director with 14 years of experience in developing successful strategies and teams, with a focus on innovative recruitment marketing, employee engagement, culture and DE&I initiatives.
Having started my career at some of the biggest PR and social media agencies in the UK, I eventually moved in-house and became a specialist in all things talent brand, working with global brands such as MARS, Hilti, Willis Towers Watson and OLX along the way.
