Dear Sir/Madam,

Creative, Ambitious, and progressive are just a few words that have been used to describe my professional and social character. With the Internet changing all the time and client desire to stay on the cutting edge of technology, it is important to attain staff that has more than a passing interest in IT. I have been very successful thus far in taking on roles throughout the IT industry.

I currently work for Tag Worldwide as a Junior Project Manager for their Create Manage and Deliver cloud base software. The site is utilised by external high profile clients to organise their marketing campaigns as well as store and manage assets. Whilst at Tag I have project managed and implemented many site releases and feature updates, this involves visiting clients on site and discovering their requirements and creating briefs to meet them. I work closely with our in-house development team in agile sprints to ensure that each project fulfils and exceeds our client expectations.

I run weekly, monthly and ad-hoc SQL reports, refined and formatted in excel which are used by high profile clients such as RBS and DLG to monitor site usage. I support 2nd and 3rd line user site issues escalated from the helpdesk as well as create parameters for the development team to be able to fix site code. All support cases are logged through Microsoft Dynamics CRM ensuring that I meet the SLA.

I am a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with the willingness to learn. I am actively enhancing my skills with Adobe suites, WordPress, and HTML/CSS. I believe that I have much to offer in respect of the position with my background in project management, Design and client relationships.
