About me

I have been working full-time in the past year for Empowerinc, a London-based company offering software, web based development and creative design. I initially did a three-month internship and was later employed full-time as a web and graphic designer.

During my time at Empowerinc, I designed and built websites, logos and graphic identities, and also did search engine optimisation. I am proficient in HTML / CSS, and started learning JavaScript in order to work better with Empowerinc's web developers. I also worked with ASP.NET to implement my designs as skins.

In addition to my general duties as a designer, I also dealt with clients, answering their queries and managing their projects. I gained valuable work experience at Empowerinc, improving my design skills as well as my level of English.

Before coming to London, I studied at the Geneva School of Arts (Ecole d'Art Appliqués) in Switzerland where I learned web design, typography, animation, video edition, and marketing among other subjects. I am comfortable with both Apple and Microsoft operating systems, and work with most of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, InDesign, Flash).

Being passionate about electronic music production, I took a course at the School of Audio Engineering of Geneva, Switzerland. I studied arrangement and production, basic audio theory, MIDI and sampling. I also learned about recording and the use of studio equipment.

I am a native French speaker, and my level of English is advanced.
