About me

I am a creative and professional graphic designer with
seven years industry experience. I have previously delivered a great
variety of projects including annual reports, newsletters, catalogues,
brochures, advertisements, concept design, displays, banners and
invitations ranging from the highly creative to the very corporate. My
reliability and strong interpersonal skills have been recognised by my
previous employer, Dobsons, a design printing company, where I
performed the role of part time studio manager for three years in
addition to my duties as full time designer. I was responsible for
managing studio traffic, cost estimating, communicating with internal
and external printers, suppliers and clients.

My previous colleagues, clients and company management
held me in high regard for my ability to oversee projects and
consistently deliver high quality finished products. I thrive in a busy
environment and my ability to multitask has proven to be strong. I am
results orientated with a positive outlook and clear focus on high
quality work with a desire to grow, learn and succeed.

From my background as an artist I have an excellent
understanding of design, association and creative thinking. In addition
I have highly developed practical design skills. I am currently
attending Dreamweaver (HTML, CSS) and Flash training in order to
develop web skills. I completed a BA of Fine Arts at the University of
New South Wales, College of Fine Arts and a Certificate IV (Australian
industry standard) in Desktop Publishing and Graphic Design Production
at The Computer Graphics College. Both these courses and my work
history have honed my creative skills into producing my work in an
organised and focused manner.

I believe I can make an excellent contribution in this
