About me
I am an enthusiastic Psychology graduate and am very keen to get into the field of HR. From my research into HR I have found two main aspects of the job are enjoying working with people and that no two working days will be the same. I like being with people and working alongside people in a team. Doing my degree in psychology has helped me develop my understanding of people's behaviour. One unit which I very much enjoyed was 'Work and Organisational Psychology', which looked at recruitment, selection of staff and general organisational culture and what make a 'happy' workplace. I am an active person who likes to try out different activities and enjoys a challenge. Having a job where I will have to flexible and not always be in a routine is something that I look for in a job as it helps to motivate me.
