About me

I am a driven and talented creative with a love for fashion. 10-years of fashion retail experience across multi disciplines including design, manufacturing, and buying in 2 vastly different consumer markets, SA & UK have taught me strong leadership and organisational skills - imperative to thrive in the fast-paced, high-pressure environment that is fashion. Recognised for individual excellence as a buyer and designer, I have always been at my best and happiest when involved in specialised areas, my favourite being occasion wear and bridal. With excellent technical knowledge and understanding of fit and construction, and absolute love for beautiful pieces, I have tried to offset my commercial retail day-job with personal projects creating special gowns and illustrations as labours of love for friends and family. I am resourceful, well-organised and extremely dedicated. Meticulous and thorough, I take an enormous amount of pride in my work and thrive in a like-minded creative environment.
