My expertise spans building and nurturing diverse talent, from 3D artists and designers to copywriters, art directors, and motion designers, ensuring smooth collaboration and execution across all stages of campaign development.

Whether leading teams, ideating, or delivering on strategy, I'm known as a reliable and proactive leader, capable of steering projects to successful outcomes.

I support social-first campaigns and new business pitches, helping brands craft compelling narratives across platforms. Prior to my current role, I spent time at CULT LDN + NYC, where I led groundbreaking work for both new business and retained clients, including launching Clarins Virtual World in the Metaverse - a first for the agency. My experience at We Are Social further sharpened my expertise in the fast-evolving social landscape, where I led campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube. Highlights include launching Westfield's TikTok channel and driving excitement around Lidl's social campaigns, resulting in sell-out success for their footwear range.
